Clifford Leon Bouldin, 82, of Spencer died Monday, April 10 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born Sept. 16, 1934 in the Piney community of Van Buren County. He was the son of the late Thomas Benjamin “T.B.” Bouldin and Notie Hutcheson Bouldin.Mr. Bouldin was a retired self-employed land abstractor (title opinions) and a member of Spencer Church of Christ.
