Christopher Wayne Gribble, 40

Westerly, R.I., resident and Panama City, Fla., native Christopher Wayne Gribble, 40, died unexpectedly March 29 at his home.
A mechanical engineer, he was the son of Gary and Teresa Gribble of Jefferson City. He is also survived by sister and brother-in-law, Misty and Jason Joyner of Mt. Carmel; niece, Emmerson Joyner of Mt. Carmel; paternal grandmother, Christine Gribble of McMinnville; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Arnold and June Brewer and J.B. Gribble, and cousins, Tyler Brewer and Troy McCormick.
Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday at Gardens of Memory with Tony Lawrence officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Friday at High’s. Memorial donations may be made to Magness Library.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
