Mr. Charles Raymond Ferrell, 51, of McMinnville, died Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022, at his residence. He was born Feb. 19, 1971, in Belle Glade, Fla., was a truck driver, attended Christian Fellowship Church and was preceded in death by mother Betty Louise Hollon Moss.
