Charles E. “Chuck” Burgen, 78, of Pekin, Ind. passed away Monday, Jan. 30 in Robley Rex V.A. Medical Center of Louisville, Ky. Born May 31, 1933 in Chadron, Neb., he was the son of the late William and Verna (Harlan) Burgen. He married Aug. 25, 1957 to Edith Ann (Hollrah) Burgen, who survives.
