Mr. Charles C. Rubley, 85, of Waynetown, Ind., previously of Grundy County (Tarlton community), died Monday, Dec. 8, at St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis. He was born Nov. 26, 1929 in Tarlton and was retired from R.R. Donnelly’s as a machine operator of 37 years. Mr. Rubley was a 32nd degree Mason who enjoyed playing euchre, hunting, fishing and gardening.
