Carol Sue Sullens Frazier, 54, of McMinnville, died Sunday, Nov. 27 at NHC Health Care in McMinnville. She was born May 18, 1962 in Warren County and worked in the food service industry and was of the Church of Christ faith. Mrs. Frazier was preceded in death by her parents, Noel and Martha LaFevers Sullens, her husband, Richard Norman Frazier, and brother, Ricky Sullens.Survivors include her children, Jessica Leigh Davenport and wife, Doylecia, Kayla Lashea Davenport, and Bryan Dale Davenport and fiancée Bridgett, grandchildren, Yasmin and Lealon Arnold and Rosalinda and Monticella Davenport, and brother and sister-in-law, Troy and Diane Sullens.
