Carl Vernon Call, 80, a McMinnville resident and Huntington County, Ind., native died March 8 at Raintree Manor following an extended illness.He was a retired minister and U.S. Army veteran of 19 years and U.S. Navy veteran of four years, having served in Korea and Vietnam. He was a member of the Cloverport Wesleyan Church in Cloverport, Ky., and attended Jesus Name Pentecostal Church. He was the son of the late Elton and Gladys Jackson Call.Mr. Call was married July 27, 1956 to Betty Dean Young Call, who survives.
