Candace Lynn Barnes Cook, 48, of McMinnville died Friday, July 13, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. She was born Sept. 15, 1969, in McMinnville, was a nurse and a member of the Church of Christ.Survivors include her parents Wallace Lee and Barbara Rogers Barnes, children Maddison Cook and Parker Cook, sister Roxanna (Kirk) Pender, brothers David Ralph (Marcia) Barnes and Rodger Eugene (Rhonda) Barnes, nieces Stephanie Hobbs, Taneah Lay, and Alyson Pender, and nephews John Barnes and Travis Barnes. The funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel.
