Brittany Shanel Moran, 23, of McMinnville died Thursday, March 23 from a car accident. Brittany was born on Wednesday, Dec. 29, 1993 in McMinnville to her late father, Larry Moran and surviving mother, Sandy (Collins) Moran. Brittany was an artist and she enjoyed painting.
