McMinnville resident and Bridgeport, Ala., native Brenda Carol Knight, 73, was born Aug. 4, 1942 and died Dec. 31 at Saint Thomas River Park Hospital. She was a graduate of the Baptist Hospital Nursing Program, and she received a nurse anesthesia certificate from Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia. A retired certified nurse anesthetist at River Park Hospital and a member of Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church, she was the daughter of the late Homer Dayton and Ruby Matilda Rowland Self.
