Mrs. Bonita J. McCormick, 71, of McMinnville passed from this life on Friday, March 12, at Saint Thomas River Park Hospital.

Bonita was born Friday, Jan. 13, 1950 in Painesville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Willie Nunley and Annabelle Hood Nunley. She was the wife of Larry McCormick.

Bonita was a homemaker. She was survived by her husband of 42 years, one daughter, Cynthia Hale and husband Shawn of McMinnville, two sons Adam McCormick and wife Samantha of McMinnville, Kevin McCormick and wife Caitlyn of McMinnville, brother and sister-in-law Garry and Patricia McCormick of McMinnville, five grandchildren Raelyn, Brooklyn, Ashton, Karsyn, Mckenzie McCormick, all of McMinnville.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at New Union Cemetery on Highway 30.

The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., the time of the service on Sunday, March 14, at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at gardensofmemoryfuneralhome.com.
