McMinnville resident and Warren County native Bobby Gerald Panter, 78, was born Nov. 29, 1938 and died Nov. 8 at Raintree Manor following a one-year illness. He was the son of the late Lorn and Alma Bouldin Panter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife of 53 years, Billie Evelyn Kesey Panter; and sister Glenda Joyce Panter Hillis.
