Mr. Billy J. Ralph Sr., 60, of McMinnville passed away May 10. Mr. Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Mary Jean Ralph; niece Jeanette Murphy; and his wife, Callan K. Wilkins. He is survived by his son, B.J. Ralph (Stephanie); brothers, Willard Ralph, Jr. (Eva), Henry Ralph (Misha), Mickey Ralph (Mary) and Ronnie Ralph (Rhonda); sisters, Carol “Deanie”” Cope (Bill), Marcia Campbell (Bill), Pam Bratcher (Melvin), Marian Goetzinger (Ted) and Julie Powers (Joel); grandchildren, Chloe, Jaxon and Gatlin Ralph and a host of nieces and nephews.
