Billie Frances Bottoms, 84, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native died April 10 in Raintree Manor following an extended illness.She was a retired business owner, member of the Church of Christ, and daughter of the late Lloyd and Shellee Dodson Stanley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Joe Dean Bottoms, two sons, Allen Wayne and Gary Lynn Bottoms, and sister Edith Thomison.Mrs. Bottoms is survived by daughter, Cheryl Jones of Hendersonville; three grandchildren, Dean and Tim Judkins of McMinnville, Christopher and Jenai Bottoms of Georgia, and Brad and Kristi Bottoms of Washington D.C.; three great-grandchildren, Lauren Judkins, Thomas Judkins and Elizabeth Bottoms; two sisters, Betty Jean Smith of McMinnville and Evelyn Flippen of Nashville. Several nieces and nephews also survive.Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in High’s Chapel.
