Betty Joe Tindle Cotten Brock Parsley, 75, of Doyle died Sunday morning, Sept. 13, at her residence.Mrs. Parsley was born March 14, 1940 in Sparta to the late Sam Joe and Josie Mae Deaton Tindle. She was a retired housekeeper at River Park Hospital and was a member of Shiloh Church of God of the Prophecy. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by husbands Ralph Cotten and Hack Brock; sons Harold Dortch and Timothy Wayne Dortch; and brothers, R.L.
