Barbara Ann Branum Oliver was born in Coffeeville, Miss., on July 1, 1936 to the late Raymond Victor and Georgia Rae Caver Branum. She was married to Cal Oliver, Jr. who died in January 1994. They had two children, Mitchell Caver and Susan Annelle, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Barbara attended the Memphis Art Academy and Motlow State Community College. She also owned a gift shop and an antique mall in McMinnville before retiring in 2006.
