McMinnville resident and Warren County native Barbara Agnes Rogers Brown, 70, was born Jan. 8, 1948 and died March 19 at Hospice of Chattanooga following a sudden illness. A retired clerk with the Warren County Health Department and a member of Covenant Fellowship Church, she was the daughter of the late Quim Northcutt and Avis Agnes Gann Rogers. She was married June 28, 1969 to Marion Robert Brown of McMinnville.
