Ava Nell Timoschuk, 78, of Smyrna died Friday, Aug. 22, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. She was born Sept. 29, 1935, in Spencer and was a retired medical records administrator with Metro Bordeaux Hospital, member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Daughters of the Confederacy, American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, DAV Ladies Auxiliary, and the Church of Christ at Bethlehem. Mrs. Timoschuk was preceded in death by parents, Emmitt Levi and Bessie Lee Grissom Bouldin, husband Walter Timoschuk Jr., and son, Jeffory Alan Timoschuk.Survivors include sons, Walter J. (Cyndi) Timoschuk III, Basil E. Timoschuk; grandchildren, Walter J. (Sandi) Timoschuk IV, Julia E. Timoschuk, Phillip S. (Nicole) Timoschuk Sr., and Aaliyah R. Timoschuk; great-grandchildren, Phillip S. Timoschuk Jr., Jaylyn Timoschuk, Gabriel W. Timoschuk, and Mitchell Timoschuk; daughter-in-law, Endang Timoschuk; brother, Nobel (Wanda) Bouldin; niece, Cheryl (Jeff) Cole, and nephew, Kevin (Jill) Bouldin; great-nieces, great nephews, family members, and friends also survive.Funeral service was held Monday at Bethlehem Church of Christ.
