McMinnville resident and Grand Rapids, Mich., native Artie Arline Fowler, 73, was born April 13, 1941 and died Jan. 1 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro following an extended illness. A homemaker, she was the daughter of the late William Guy and Artie Mae Boyd Crosslin. She was married to Lester Fowler, who preceded her in death March 1, 2012.
