Anna Rhea Basham, 84, of McMinnville, died Monday, April 17, 2023 at NHC following a short illness. She was born Nov. 22, 1938, in McMinnville, to Leonard and Alma McGee Betchel of the Union community who preceded her in death. She was a graduate of Central High School and was a retired bookkeeper with McMinnville Concrete.
