Alvia Foutch “Al” Parker Jr., 91, of Cedar Grove community, died Wednesday, March 16, at Raintree Manor in McMinnville following extended Illness.He was born Friday, April 25, 1924 in McMinnville and was the son of the late Alvia Parker Sr. and Pauline Claborne Parker. He was retired from Genesco. He was a veteran of World War II in the U.S. Navy and was a member of the VFW Post 5064 in Warren County.
