Altie Dutton Milligan, 82, died Oct. 25 at NHC in Murfreesboro after an extended illness.A DeKalb County native and a member of First Baptist Church of McMinnville, she was a school cafeteria worker and was the daughter of the late Ernest and Julia Norton Dutton and was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Milligan Sr.; brothers, Solon, Floyd and Walter Howard Dutton, and sister, Laura Dutton Fey.She is survived by children, Julie (Johnny) Sullivan of Murfreesboro, Charles (Lois) Milligan Jr. and Tommy (Theresa) Milligan, both of McMinnville; grandchildren, Jessica Milligan and Gerald Milligan of Angleton, Texas, and Madison Sullivan of Murfreesboro; sisters, Elsie Bryson of Auburntown, Betty Kent of Portland, and Wilma Cason of Woodbury.Services were held Thursday at Woodbury Funeral Home with Michael O’Bannon officiating.
