As part of the city of McMinnville’s Independence Day Celebration, the annual Yankee Doodle Children’s Parade will be held July 4, with registration starting at 9 a.m. The event is sponsored by Junior Auxiliary of McMinnville. Pre-registration forms are available at the Civic Center, Chamber of Commerce, Magness Library and Southern Standard. Children through fifth grade are eligible to participate, free of charge.
