Fifteen-year-old Warren County native Kataen Shockley received state recognition at the Miss Tennessee Teen Volunteer Scholarship Pageant held March 9. She joined the court as fourth runner-up, won the People’s Choice, and was awarded the prestigious Outstanding Community Service Award for her platform work.
