Miniature Precision Components in Morrison is closing in on its fifth year of local operation and it is looking at hiring 15 more employees.“We have 80 employees right now,” said MPC interim plant manager Joe Faust. “We are hiring right now and are looking at adding 15 people in the next two weeks.”According to Faust, the business plans to open a health and wellness clinic at the plant in November for its employees. A fitness center was opened in October and the business offers an annual fall picnic in October for its employees.Other expansions have been made.“In July we completed our new office area which includes a new lunch room, new offices, new conference room, and a new training center,” said Faust.
