Kinslee Rae-Nani Rutledge, a petite brown-eyed beauty, captured the 52nd Little Miss Valentine title Sunday in the event presented by Morrison Ruritan. The 3-year-old is the daughter of Kayla Rutledge, and enjoys participating in pageants, singing and helping take care of the babies at daycare.
