But kids at Hot Wheels Skate Center were able to juggle texting and skating Monday afternoon during a day skate in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.“It’s not difficult,” said Destiny Wood who made the trip to Hot Wheels with her friend Elizabeth Lloyd. Both girls showed they can skate and text at the same time.Students enjoying the day off from school found they could exert some energy at the skating rink.
