Kadence Elizabeth Ledbetter was crowned Little Fairest of the Fair Tuesday night in a pageant featuring 49 contestants. She is the 9-year-old daughter of Greg and Melanie Ledbetter, and is a fourth-grader at Hickory Creek Elementary. Joining her in the court are, Alexis Jade Oliver, daughter of Chris Oliver, and Stephanie Emberton, first runner-up; Araya Buchanan, daughter of Leslie Buchanan, and Orlando Buchanan, second runner-up; and Kataen Elizabeth Shockley, daughter of Penny Shockley and Grady Shockley, third runner-up.
