There’s no telling how many biscuits were made at our Hardee’s on West Main Street during its more than 40 years in business.On Monday, a restaurant that had stood since 1972 crumbled to the ground as crews with RTC Construction handled demolition work. According to job superintendent Danny Larrimore, a new Hardee’s will be constructed at that same spot. It will take roughly 95 days to complete.Larrimore said all the rubble should be cleared off site and work on the new foundation is scheduled to begin this week.
