Thomas and Carole Cope Summers were married Dec. 21, 1965 in a ceremony at West Riverside Assembly of God. The couple will observe their golden wedding anniversary with their children Trent Summers and Lori and Byron Smartt. The couple resides in the Smartt Station community, where they are both active on the family farm.
