SUNDAY, JULY 31
Shiloh United Methodist Church will hold its annual Friends and Family Day from 11 a.m. to noon. Worship service will include The Caravan Singers. A fellowship meal will follow services.

A revival will be held July 31-Aug. 1 at Blues Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church at 7292 Short Mountain Road with speaker Rev. Larry Green at 7 p.m. nightly.

MONDAY, AUG. 1
The Warren County Democratic Party will be meeting at 6 p.m. at Gondola Restaurant. All Democrats are encouraged to attend. 

Lucky CIC will hold its monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m.

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 3
Locust Street Church of God will hold a back-to-school festival from 6 to 8 p.m. with food, inflatables and school supplies. The event is open to people of all ages.

TUESDAY, AUG. 4
The McMinnville Central High School Class of 1966 will hold its reunion Aug. 20. Deadline for reservations is Aug. 4.

A clothing giveaway will be held from 8 to 10 a.m. at Westwood Church of Christ.

SATURDAY, AUG. 6
Smartt Assembly of God will hold a back-to-school bash at noon and will be giving away at least 120 backpacks with school supplies. Wrestlers from Tennessee All-Pro Wrestling will also be on hand to sign autographs.

The annual decoration day at historic Laurel Creek Cemetery will be held with business meeting at 11 a.m. and a covered dish lunch to follow. Donations for upkeep may be sent to Tammie Gribble, 393 Hennessee Bridge Road, Rock Island, TN 38581.

Family and friends day will be held Aug. 7 at Bethel Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church with potluck lunch following morning services at 11 a.m.

The WCHS basketball cheerleaders will hold a pancake breakfast Aug. 13 from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at Applebees. Cost is $5. You can buy advance tickets from the cheerleaders or buy them at the door.

Applications for the Warren County A&L Fair baby show can be picked up at JC Penney, Tiaras & Tadpoles, Ashley’s Attic, Kathy’s Formal Wear, Southern Standard and the W.C. Extension office. Forms must be returned by Aug. 30 with $30 registration fee and mailed to the AAUW, P.O. Box 7053, McMinnville, TN 37111.
