Ignite for Progress Warren County organizational meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. at the high school cafeteria. For more information on the group email igniteforprogress@gmail.com.

SATURDAY, APRIL 8
A benefit auction and turkey and dressing supper will be held at Fairview CIC. Proceeds go to the Irving College eighth-grade class for its trip. Cost is $7 adults and $5 for children under 6.

The fifth annual Piping on the Green Celtic Music and Craft festival will be held at Celtic Cup on Anderson Street in Tullahoma with parking at Grundy Street Church of Christ. Admission is free. Opening ceremony at 9 a.m.

The Hope Center of Warren County will present a community seminar from 9 a.m. to noon on Adverse Childhood Experiences and how to move past them. The event at the First United Methodist Outreach Building will feature a roundtable discussion at 11 a.m. followed by a complimentary lunch.

The Banks Cemetery meeting will be held at 2 p.m., April 9 at Banks Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Officers will be elected. If interested in becoming a trustee, come to the meeting.

Oster will hold its get-together at Medleys on April 11 at 11 a.m.

Pioneer Community Church will hold a sunrise service at 7 a.m., Easter morning, April 16 at Riverfront Park followed by Sunday school at 9:30 a.m. at the church and morning worship at 10:45 a.m., also at the church at 1707 Yager Road.

The TDEC and Warren County will be holding a free Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event on Saturday, April 22 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Three Star Mall. All households are encouraged to participate in this environmentally safe method of disposing of hazardous materials. The community prayer group meets the fourth Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at the fountain downtown. In case of bad weather the meeting will be held at Oasis Church on East Main.
