BeBe-Anne Arlene Brackley, 12, earned the title of the sixth Preteen Fairest of the Fair in the pageant held Friday night during the Warren County A&L Fair. The pageant is the first official event of the fair, and was held in the Clifford McClain Grandstand showcasing 40 young ladies. Brackley was crowned by reigning royalty Gracie Nicole Brock, daughter of Michelle and Bill Brock.
