Bobby Ray Memorial Elementary staff and students are known for their patriotism and support of our veterans. Their school is named for soldier David Robert “Bobby” Ray, who lost his life in Vietnam in 1969. Because of his heroic efforts to save the lives of his fallen comrades, he was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor, becoming the only Warren countian ever to be so honored.
