When it comes to pits, not all of them are arenas of joy. Take, for example, the Pit of Despair made popular by the film “The Princess Bride.” This pit is where our hero prince Westley was tortured by the forces of evil. However, pits don’t always have a negative connotation. There are pits that offer recreation. Pioneer Playpit is a great place for birthday parties or hanging out with friends.
