Tibbetts gets three years for fradulent credit use

A woman has been given three years in prison for running up a tab on her ex-father-in-law’s credit card without him knowing. The woman, Amy Nicole Tibbetts, 31, entered guilty pleas before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley on charges of theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, identity theft, passing a forged instrument and attempt to commit theft.
