Teen gets 100 days for attacking driver

A teen will serve 100 days in jail after he pulled a man from his car and beat him up. The defendant, Phoenix Ledbetter, 19, entered a guilty plea before General Sessions Judge Bill Locke to charges of reckless endangerment, stalking, and assault with bodily injury. He was ordered to serve 100 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and was warned not to have any further contact with the victim. He will be required to undergo batterer intervention.
