Dog survives breast cancer, seeks home

Macey is a breast cancer survivor. She is being cared for by Warren County Animal Control and Adoption Center as staff search for her a forever home.

Warren County Animal Control and Adoption Center has a 4-year-old dachshund it’s trying to place. “She was found roaming the streets,” said Animal Control officer Brandi Bouldin. “She had a big lump on her chest. We took her to the vet and he performed surgery. She had breast cancer.”
