Baines named Little Miss Valentine

Three-year-old Lierra Mai Baines may be tiny, but she packs a big punch on stage. The youngster wowed both the judges and audience with her charming personality in the annual 2013 Little Miss Valentine Pageant, claiming the title from a field of 19. The pageant is presented each year by members of the Morrison Ruritan, featuring youngsters between the ages of three and six. 
The new Little Miss Valentine is the daughter of Michael and Sheronda Baines, and loves playing dress-up, putting on make up and getting her nails painted. She was crowned by 2012 Little Miss Channing Cope Cummins, daughter of Mike Cummins, and Alison Cummins.
Other royal court members are Annabella Grace Culwell, 5, daughter of Tommy and Erin Culwell, first runner-up; Brinlee Monroe Griffith, 5, daughter of Lucas and Kristin Griffith, second runner-up; and Regin Cheyenne Grissom, 6, daughter of Justin and Christan Grissom, third runner-up. Baines was also honored with the People’s Choice Award.
Contestants named to the Top 10 not mentioned in the court include: Sasha Maribel Alvarez, daughter of Veronica and Rene Alvarez; Lanie Jay’Lee George, daughter of Jeff George, and Autumn Wanamaker;  Haylie Marie Hayes, daughter of Jamie and Brandy Hayes; Dixie Jazlan Hillis, daughter of Nolan and Shenna Hillis; Cydney Jane Perry, daughter of Chris and Danyelle Perry; and Brooklyn Jade Turner, daughter of Kevin and Amanda Turner. 
Callie Durham served as the mistress of ceremonies for the event.
Little Miss Valentine ushers  were Aiden White, 6, son of Brittani Freeze, and Adam White; Gage Pursley, 5, son of Michael and Becky Pursley; Connor Williams, 6, son of Wes and Kirby Williams; and Ryan Wellman, 5, son of Beth Wellman.
