Man charged for Jan. 1 crash

A local man faces drunk driving charges after he pulled into the path of another vehicle New Year’s night in front of Country Club Market.
The man, James T. Bryan, 20, was taken into custody on the charge of suspicion of underage DWI following the early Tuesday night crash on Highway 55.
The other driver, Anthony Myers, 43, was taken to River Park Hospital by the Warren County Emergency Ambulance Service where he was treated and released for non-lifethreatening injuries. Bryan and his 16-year-old passenger escaped injury.
