Honeybears halt Lady Pioneers

Digging early holes cost the Warren County High School girls basketball team Saturday in the Mitch Wilson Classic.
Facing the Harpeth Hall Honeybears, the Lady Pioneers fell behind by double digits early in the game and could never dent the lead as the team fell 50-38 against the Nashville private school.
Warren County (5-2) seemed to have trouble getting started in the first half as the Honeybears were able to build a big lead with scoring runs to start the first and second quarters.
