Wilbur Francis “Bill” Novak, 89, of Jefferson City, died Tuesday, Nov. 13 at Jefferson City Manor.
He was born on Sept. 18, 1923 in St. Louis, the son of the late Nicholas and Grace Jane (Wistabier) Novak. He was united in marriage in 1948 in St. Louis to Rosemary Ann Bauer, who survives. He served our country in the United States Air Force during World War II and worked as a mechanical engineer for Century Electric in St. Louis and McMinnville.
