Craft fair brings holiday charm today, tomorrow

Local resident Phyllis Womack has been a vendor at the Warren County Arts and Craft Fair since her son was just 1 year old. He’s a grown man now, but one thing hasn’t changed – Womack is still an exhibitor at the craft show.
